ABOUT US

North Bay Park is a small family oriented park nestled in the small beach community of Birch Bay, Washington.

Only 45 minutes from Vancouver and 20 minutes from Bellingham, North Bay Park is the perfect getaway!

Less than a five minute walk from the beach, you have the beachfront accommodations without the beachfront prices!

The park is owned by North Bay Park Corporation, a nonprofit corporation.

The park is made up of 53 trailer sites and 7 cabins. Each member owns one sixtieth (1/60) of the park and each member is assigned a site for his or her own use. There is no titled land ownership by a member,the trailers or cabins are owned by the individual members. No full time living is allowed. There is one campsite available to be rented to the friends and family of members at a reasonable cost. There are no sites available for rent by the general public.

The park is managed by Integra Condiminium Association Management Inc and a five member board of directors elected by the members. The board and members are governed by the bylaws and rules and regulations which are amended from time to time. Please check out our "Members" section for more information. 

  

North Bay Park is a community oriented park with lots of social events taking place throughout the year and members are encouraged to help out with the upkeep of the park. This contributes to pride in our park and helps keep the dues reasonable by reducing costs.
